Return Policy

Cancellation

Cancellations are only available before the product is shipped. If the order is canceled, you will be refunded. We can not cancel the order if the product is already shipped.

If your payment of an order has not been made yet, you may cancel it by clicking "Cancel order" in your account at Partywardrobe.com. https://www.partywardrobe.com/user/info/account


Returns & Refunds & Exchange

All the items we sell are in new and unworn condition. if there is any questions in quality, Or have problems with defective/broken products, we will gladly exchange or refund the item. Please ship the item back with the exchange and return in no used state within 14 days of receipt.
We accept returns on products. Customers have the right to request the return within 14 days of receipt. If you want to return your order, please notify us by email first, stating the reason and the order number please.

To be eligible for a return, the items must be unused and in original condition, Unworn, no brushing, etc. Tags attached (NOT Removed and Reattached). In its original box, wrapping, net, etc.

To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer. We may not receive your return goods, then we will not refund. All packages should be sent via a trackable method. We are not responsible for packages lost in transit.
Return shipping costs are paid by the buyer. Once the item is received, allow up to 2-3 business days for an email confirmation of the refund status or credit process.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email informing you that we have received your returned item. We also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or to your original payment method, within a given period.

Please Note: We may refuse a return request if we find evidence of fraud, return abuse, or other manipulative behavior that entitles Partywardrobe to a corresponding counterclaim.

If you have not received a refund, first check your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund officially released. Then, contact your bank. There is often a bit of processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at service@partywardrobe.com.

Return Address

In order to make your return more convenient, we have different warehouses for receiving your package.

Please do not send your package back to the address on your package. That is not an effective return address and will cause your package to be lost. And you are responsible for the loss due to the wrong address. So please contact the customer service and they will spare no effort to help.
